Case Study: Faith Assembly Church

In this case study, we look at the Metal Tile Series roof installed on Faith Assembly Church in Orlando, Florida. Installed in 2012, the Powder Coated Metal Tile Series roof replaced the original roof. Comprised of premium, 24 gauge steel, with a patented powder coating surfacing, the Metal Tile Series roof has performed excellently in the tough Florida weather climate.

During its service life, the Metal Tile roof on Faith Assembly has survived numerous hurricanes and tropical storms, including:

When powerful Hurricane Ian slammed into Florida in the summer of 2022, Modern Metal Roofing travelled to the church in Orlando to check on the status of the roof. Using a drone, the roof was surveyed and photographed. However, despite the massive storm, no damage to the Metal Tile Series was found. Below, you can see photos of the roof that were taken after Hurricane Ian in 2022.

The Metal Tile Series is Class-4 rated against wind and hail, which is the highest rating available.
